Refund policy

This policy comes from Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Return Policy

You may return your Kit within 15 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and a $75 restocking fee.

Each screen module is custom-cut for the exact vehicle window you selected. Because of that, all returns include a $75 restocking fee, no matter the condition. The fee also covers repacking and inspection for the projection systems, accessories, and packaging.

All items must be returned in good condition with all components included. Missing or damaged parts reduce the refund amount.

4.2 Return Condition

Returned Kits must include all original components, packaging, and documentation. Kits that are damaged, incomplete, altered, or show signs of misuse may be denied a refund.

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, your financial institution will determine alternative handling.

4.4 Non-Returnable Items

Consumables, adhesives, customized parts, and items labeled as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
