HoloGlass Usage & Compliance
The HoloGlass system is an innovative display technology designed to turn your vehicle’s windows into outward-facing screens visible to the public. To ensure safe and responsible use, please follow these guidelines:
1. Use in Stationary Vehicles Only
HoloGlass is designed for use in parked or stationary vehicles. Using the system while driving may be illegal in many areas and could pose safety risks. It’s your responsibility to know and follow local laws about outward-facing public displays on vehicles.
2. You Control the Content
The HoloGlass system operates entirely in a local environment, similar to a TV. The app functions only as a remote control via Bluetooth, letting you manage playback and settings. Pranos has no access to, visibility of, or control over the content displayed on your system—just like a TV or monitor manufacturer.
This means:
- You are solely responsible for the content shown.
- Illegal or inappropriate content should never be displayed in public.
- You must ensure compliance with the laws in your region.
As with any display device, it is your responsibility to use the system lawfully and in accordance with local regulations.
3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
When purchasing HoloGlass, you’ll need to agree to our Terms and Conditions. This confirms you understand that:
- The system is intended for lawful use.
- Any misuse or violation of laws is your responsibility.
4. Intended Purpose
HoloGlass is meant to be used for creative and lawful purposes, like advertisements, entertainment, or sharing information, while the vehicle is parked.
Disclaimer:
Pranos is not responsible for misuse of the HoloGlass system. It’s up to you to use it legally and responsibly.
